Refund & Returns Policy

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK or EU law.

Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
• Personalised items and gift cards can't be returned unless faulty.
• To start a return, email bolidenoire@atomicmail.io with your order number. We'll send the return address; please don't post items without contacting us first.

Unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. If you cancel a full order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund standard delivery. Customs duties are paid to your carrier or customs authority, not us, so we can't refund them.

Faulty or wrong items

Email us with photos as soon as possible. We'll cover return postage and give you a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair, replacement or refund after that, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
